A majority of the population feels nervous about visiting the dentist. WE UNDERSTAND! Our job here at Indiana Family Dentistry
is to provide an environment that is friendly and relaxed so you can be comfortable during your entire visit. Sometimes, however, more than TLC is needed. We do offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or oral sedation for those who just can’t see themselves making it through a dental appointment. During your first visit, let’s discuss your concerns and past dental experiences. Dr. Hine will get to know you and help provide an experience you are comfortable with and one in which you will look forward to your next visit.
Dental Extractions
At Indiana Family Dentistry, we work very hard to avoid the need to have a tooth extracted. However, sometimes a tooth needs to be removed because of disease, trauma or crowding. If you need an extraction, we will either provide that service here in the office or if it’s a more complex procedure, will help with a referral to a specialist. We want to provide a comfortable and stress-free appointment for you and will not only discuss the need for the extraction and what options are available to replace the missing tooth but will also discuss the type of anesthetic and sedation you may need to make the procedure as painless as possible.
